Cowbell adds Kirsten Maley as Director of Claims, UK

Cowbell, a cyber insurer focused on small to medium-sized enterprises and the middle market, has appointed Kirsten Maley into a newly created role of Director of Claims, UK, aligning with the insurers commitment to scale its presence in a growing UK market.

In her new role, Maley will oversee Cowbell’s UK claims operations, working closely with internal stakeholders, external parties, and regulatory bodies to drive claims processes.

Additionally, she will lead a team of cyber claims professionals dedicated to UK SMEs and mid-market organisations responding to cyber incidents.

Maley has over a decade of insurance industry experience, including over six years specialising in cyber. Her expertise include complex claims management, incident response coordination, and regulatory knowledge across multiple jurisdictions.

Most recently, she served at CFC Underwriting as Senior Claims Adjuster managing a broad portfolio of cyber claims, including corporate breaches and complex data breach class actions.
