Siddharth Deosthalee appointed CFO of Howden India

Howden, the global insurance and reinsurance broking group, has appointed Siddharth Deosthalee as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of India, based in Mumbai.

Until April 2025, Deosthalee was the Vice President of Finance for Peepul Tree, a role he held since April 2023.

Prior to that, he was the CFO and Director of insurejoy.com for two years based out of Hyderabad. Previously, he was the CFO and Director of Easypolicy Insurance Web Aggregators Pvt. Ltd.

Deosthalee also served as the Financial Controller for WTW, an advisory, broking, and solutions firm, based in Mumbai from December 2012 to September 2019.

Howden stated, “With over 24 years of senior leadership experience in insurance and broking, including 7 years as Finance Controller, he is perfectly positioned to drive our financial strategy forward. Siddharth’s vision and financial acumen will be instrumental in shaping our growth and success.”
