Willis appoints Daphne Duan Wheal as Director of SRC for Asia

Willis, a WTW business, has announced the appointment of Daphne Duan Wheal as Director of Strategic Risk Consulting (SRC) for Asia.

Based in Singapore, Daphne will lead the SRC practice across the region—a core component of Willis’ Engineering, Risk & Analytics team.

In this role, she will oversee the delivery of risk and insurance optimisation solutions to large and complex organisations throughout Asia.

She will work closely with Willis’ team of risk consultants, captive managers, and specialty risk engineers to deliver tailored, risk-led solutions to clients.

Daphne joins Willis from Marsh Asia, where she led the Specialty and Quantitative Risk Analytics unit for the past two years.

Prior to that, she served as Head of Reserving at AXA Partners and Argo Group in London. Earlier in her career, she held actuarial analyst roles at Aon and Hiscox.
