WTW grows Bermuda team with Thibault addition as Director, ICT

WTW, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, is expanding its Bermuda office with the appointment of Cédric Thibault as Director to its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business.

Thibault joins WTW with two decades of experience in both life and annuities, insurance and reinsurance, including strong expertise in the Bermuda and Barbados markets.

He will be responsible for identifying areas for revenue growth and leading high-performing client delivery teams.

The executive will also engage in a variety of tasks, such as financial modelling, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and pricing and product development.

Prior to joining WTW Thibault served as a senior manager with KPMG Canada’s Life Practice, where his engagements covered financial reporting for various regulatory frameworks, reinsurance structuring and AXIS model transformation.

Before KPMG he also held various senior roles with Munich Re in Germany and Canada.
