BMS appoints Cory Wilson as Director to strengthen Canadian retail division

BMS, an independent insurance and reinsurance broker, has strengthened its Canadian Retail division with the appointment of Cory Wilson as Director.

Wilson will join the Canadian Retail team and report directly to Dan Reid, Managing Director of BMS Canada.

In his new role, he will lead the ongoing strategic development of BMS’s retail operations in Canada, focusing on building new relationships while continuing to strengthen existing ones.

Wilson brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to the role. He joins BMS from Halpenny, where he spent the past five years, most recently serving as Vice President.

Prior to that, he served as Vice President & Broking Manager at Aon.

Earlier in his career, Wilson held various underwriting roles at QBE, Starr, Catlin, and Zurich.
