Palmer & Grainger to lead Willis’ newly launched Residential Real Estate team

Willis, a WTW business, is expanding the capabilities of its Real Estate division with the launch of a dedicated Residential Real Estate Team.

Led by Naomi Palmer, Divisional Director, Real Estate Practice and Shaun Grainger, Residential Development Director, Real Estate Practice, the newly formed team will cover residential niches including Build-to-Rent (BTR), student accommodation, ground rent investment, managing agents, retirement living, property investment and Right to Manage business.

Palmer brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate insurance industry, specialising in managing large residential accounts and driving operational excellence.

Grainger has joined Willis with two decades of experience in sales, specialising in Real Estate clients and advisors.

Further strengthening this proposition is the appointment of Mike Marrill as a dedicated Claims Executive.

His focused expertise guarantees the smooth processing of property claims, Willis stated, providing a strong layer of operational confidence and highlighting the company’s dedication to comprehensive client service.
