Chubb names Lynch SVP, Sales & Distribution Leader for North America A&H

Global insurer Chubb has announced the appointment of Megan Lynch as Senior Vice President, Sales & Distribution Leader for North America Accident and Health (A&H), effective March 3, 2025.
Lynch’s new role will include heading sales and distribution initiatives to expand the North America A&H business. She will collaborate with business development managers and underwriters within the division to create new business opportunities, broaden distribution relationships, and champion a variety of A&H insurance products and services.
Lauren Gillette, Executive Vice President, Head of North America Accident & Health, said: “Megan’s deep industry knowledge and her ability to cultivate strong broker and client relationships make her the ideal candidate to further elevate our Accident and Health business.
“We look forward to her leadership in driving growth and continued expansion of Chubb North America A&H’s market presence.”
Lynch, who has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, has been part of Chubb since 2019 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Premier Broker Partnerships for Chubb Workplace Benefits.
Prior to Chubb, she spent almost a decade at Lincoln Financial Group, over five years at Lockton and close to three years at Mercer.
