Mike Higgins appointed Operations Director at Woodgate & Clark

UK loss adjuster Woodgate & Clark has announced the appointment of Mike Higgins as its new Operations Director, he will also be joining the company’s Board of Directors.

Higgins, who has close to 30 years of insurance and claims management experience, is taking over the role from Graeme Fitzpatrick who has retired after 12 years with the company.

As Operations Director, the executive will take overall responsibility for day-to-day loss adjusting operations of the business, helping to ensure that the company’s overall goals and objectives are met in the delivery of holistic claims solutions to the insurance market.

He is joining Woodgate & Clark from Crawford where he served for close to a decade, most recently as Head of Construction UK & Ireland.

Higgins initially joined Crawford’s Construction Team in 2015 as London Market Director. he was the appointed Head of Real Estate and later Head of Field Operations (Subsidence).

He started his insurance claims career with a large composite insurer before moving into loss adjusting in 2002 when he joined GAB Robins as a liability adjuster, progressing to Director of Operations for Property.
