Vantage expands distribution team with key appointments

Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. (Vantage), a provider of insurance solutions, has appointed Chelsea B. Law as the Northeast Region Distribution Leader, effective immediately.

Based in New York, Law will report directly to Leanne Berry, Chief Distribution Officer. Law will be a key member of Vantage’s Insurance Distribution team, responsible for driving profitable growth through retail and wholesale brokers in the Northeast region.

She will work closely with Vantage’s underwriting teams to execute and manage the company’s distribution strategy in the area.

Before joining Vantage, Law served as the Northeast Territory Manager of Distribution at Resilience Insurance. With a strong background in cyber and insurance, she brings a proven track record of leveraging relationships to develop and implement distribution strategies, while fostering strong connections with regional brokers.

Vantage’s distribution team has expanded to support the ongoing growth across its ten insurance businesses. In addition to Law’s appointment, Vantage also recently welcomed Luigi Gaddini as the Central Region Distribution Leader.

Gaddini will play a key role in driving growth and enhancing efficiency across Vantage’s distribution channels. A seasoned commercial insurance professional, Luigi brings extensive experience in Property & Casualty, Financial Lines, and Environmental sectors. Before joining Vantage, he held various roles at Aon and AIG.
