Resilience reveals key leadership promotions amidst accelerated global growth

Resilience, a cyber risk company specialising in insurance and cyber risk management solutions, has announced several key promotions as it continues its rapid global expansion.

The company has consolidated its core insurance operations under George Kotsiopoulos, who has been named President, Insurance.

Kotsiopoulos, an insurance executive, will oversee Resilience’s global underwriting strategy, capacity partnerships, and actuarial functions, while continuing to lead global distribution and strategy.

Gavin Reed has been appointed Head of Underwriting for North America. With over 20 years of experience as a broker and underwriter in both London and the US, Reed has played a significant role in building Resilience’s underwriting presence on the West Coast and co-leading the US Underwriting team during his three years with the company.

Sarah Thompson steps into a newly created role as Global Head of Sales Strategy, where she will lead strategy, enablement, and operations across Resilience’s revenue-producing teams.

Jack Jenner has been promoted to Managing Director, International Insurance, a role that acknowledges his extensive experience in developing business across multicultural European and Asian markets. Jenner will continue to collaborate closely with Rehan Hussain, Head of Underwriting, International, to support Resilience’s international growth.
