Lockton hires Ritu Sakuja as SVP, Product Management

Insurance brokerage firm Lockton has announced the appointment of Ritu Sakuja as Senior Vice President, Product Management.

Sakuja, who has over two decades of experience in product strategy and management, will be responsible for accelerating the delivery of innovative digital products for Lockton’s People Solutions business.

Lockton will benefit from the executive’s extensive experience in technical product innovation and digital consulting, spanning technology, human resources, and healthcare.

Ritu was most recently a Product Leader at Amazon, a role she held for over three years. Before that, she spent over 15 years at Marsh McLennan subsidiary Mercer, where she held a number of roles since joining the company in 2006.

Commenting on her appointment Amit Mantrow, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Lockton said: “We are so excited to be able to attract someone of Ritu’s expertise to Lockton. She will be instrumental in ensuring our People Solutions clients have access to the most innovative tools that improve access to insights and decision-making while providing a great digital experience.”
