NFP appoints Lauren Kim as Regional MD, Northeast P&C

NFP, a subsidiary of Aon and a global insurance brokerage and consultancy, has appointed Lauren Kim to lead its property & casualty (P&C) business in the Northeast region.

As Regional Managing Director, Kim will report to Kate Henry, President of NFP’s Northeast region. She will collaborate closely with her colleagues in the region, as well as with industry and risk practice leaders, to drive commercial P&C business growth.

Henry expressed enthusiasm for Kim’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to the Northeast region and benefit from her exceptional skill set.

“She has been transformative to the Financial Institutions Group and developed an impeccable reputation across NFP as an excellent operational and growth-oriented leader. Kim joined NFP in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Legal and Technical Leader, Financial Institutions Group. She became Managing Director, Head of the Financial Institutions Group in 2022.

Before joining NFP, Kim worked at QBE North America, most recently serving as AVP, Claims Practice Leader – Financial Institutions. Earlier in her career, she served as an Attorney at Wilson Elser.
