Hiscox appoints Lynne Biggar and June Yee Felix to its Board

Specialist insurer Hiscox has appointed Lynne Biggar and June Yee Felix as Independent Non-Executive Directors on its Board.

As part of its Board succession planning, Lynn Pike and Anne MacDonald will not seek re-election at the 2025 AGM and will step down following the conclusion of their nine-year terms.

Colin Keogh, Hiscox Interim Chair, commented, “Both Lynne and June’s deep expertise in their respective areas will be strong complements to our existing Board and as the business continues to pursue its ambitious growth plans.”

Keogh added, “I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Lynn and Anne for their many valuable contributions during their tenure, particularly Lynn’s support in chairing the Risk Committee and as Interim Senior Independent Director during 2024, and Anne’s work to establish a very effective employee engagement network.”

Lynne brings over 25 years of experience in advancing global brands across sectors including technology and financial services. She currently serves as an Independent Board Director for AB InBev, Voya Financial, and Finastra, as well as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group.

Previously, Lynne was Executive Vice President/Global Chief Marketing Officer at Visa and has held key roles at Marketo, Time Inc., and American Express.

June has three decades of experience in growing and transforming technology-intensive businesses globally, particularly in financial services. She currently serves as Non-Executive Director for Iron Mountain and RELX. Prior to this, she spent seven years at IG, where she was most recently CEO.

Earlier in her career, June held leadership roles at VeriFone, Citibank, IBM, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank.
