Cowbell appoints James Porter as Lead Underwriter UK

Cowbell, a cyber insurance provider for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), has announced the appointment of James Porter as Lead Underwriter for the UK’s middle market segment.

In this role, Porter will lead a team to deliver tailored cyber insurance solutions for UK businesses.

Simon Hughes, SVP, Global Distribution at Cowbell, expressed enthusiasm for Porter’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to welcome James to the team. Porter joins Cowbell from CNA Hardy, where he most recently worked as an Underwriter, managing technology and cyber portfolios across multiple regions. Previously, he served as an Underwriting Assistant at Clegg Gifford.
