Lockton names Tim Meacham as President of People Solutions

Independent insurance broker Lockton has announced the appointment of Tim Meacham as the President of People Solutions.

In his new role, Meacham will lead the vision and strategic direction of Lockton’s People Solutions business across the US.

Tim Ryan, U.S. President at Lockton, expressed enthusiasm for Meacham’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to appoint Tim to this role.

Meacham brings over three decades of experience leading consulting teams in employee benefits and human resources.

He joined Lockton in 2008 and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing significant growth, fostering a strong culture, and demonstrating a deep commitment to clients and colleagues.

Earlier in his career, Meacham held senior management and production roles at Wachovia, Johnson & Higgins, and Marsh.
