Duck Creek launches Payments Marketplace with Paymentus partnership

Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of software solutions for property and casualty (P&C) and general insurance, has launched Payments Marketplace, a comprehensive payment ecosystem tailored for the global insurance industry.

The Duck Creek Payments Marketplace integrates seamlessly with trusted payment providers, offering carriers end-to-end payment management.

Duck Creek has also partnered with Paymentus to bring billions in payment volume to the Payments Marketplace. Together, they will serve several of the world’s top 10 insurance carriers as well as large regional insurers.

With the Duck Creek Payments Orchestrator, the marketplace accelerates payment integration, cutting timelines from the typical nine to 18 months to just one to two weeks.

This integration leverages the Duck Creek Payments Orchestrator, enabling rapid connectivity without the need for long orchestration readiness. The Orchestrator connects insurers to global payment technologies and providers, supporting both collections and payouts, regardless of existing IT systems.
