Alexander Moczarski joins Arch’s Board of Directors

Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Arch Capital Group has announced that Alexander Moczarski has joined the company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Moczarski brings over 45 years of global insurance experience, having previously served as Chairman of Marsh McLennan Companies, International.

Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at several companies, including Guy Carpenter & Company, LLC, Marsh McLennan, and AIG.

From 2016 to 2025, Moczarski served as Chairman of Marsh India. During this time, he was also a Global Director of the US India Business Council.

Additionally, he previously served as Chairman of Blue Marble Micro, an impact insurance incubator focused on serving the underserved.

The executive currently serves on the Board of Directors for Independent Diplomat, a non-profit advisory group.
