Serge Calfa joins Roanoke International Brokers as SEO & MD

Roanoke International Brokers Limited (RIBL) has appointed Serge Calfa as Senior Executive Officer & Managing Director, a Dubai-based role.

RIBL offers bespoke, individual service for various Marine and related products, tailored to suit the needs of its global clients.

In his new role, Calfa will leverage his over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry to drive RIBL’s growth and innovation.

The executive is joining RIBL after his two year tenure at PEX Risk Solutions, where he served as Senior Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Prior to that, Calfa was Regional Head of Reinsurance – Treaty & Facultative – TMEA at Howden Turkey, MENA, a role he held for close to two years following his time as Regional Director – Treaty, with EC3 Brokers.

Calfa has also held positions with Munich Re, where he served for 13 years, Saudi General Insurance Company and INAYA Third Party Administrator.
