Eric Quinn promoted to President of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers

International specialty insurance firm Ryan Specialty has announced the appointment of Eric Quinn as President of its specialty underwriting segment, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM), effective immediately.
With this promotion, Miles Wuller, CEO of Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers, separates President from his title.
Quinn has 15 years of experience leading successful underwriting operations and implementing product development and portfolio optimisation strategies across various lines of business.
He joined Ryan Specialty with the All Risks, Ltd. Merger in 2020. Prior to his promotion, he served as Executive Vice President, Capital & Product Strategy, of RSUM.
Prior to joining Ryan Specialty, Quinn was an underwriter and product manager in the National Specialty Programs division at All Risks, Ltd. before taking on oversight responsibilities of the All Risks’ CAT property managing general underwriter, PREXA.
Commenting on Quinn’s recent promotion, Wuller stated: “Eric has been an exceptional partner and practitioner in our four+ years working together. He brings a rare combination of underwriting, distribution, product and capital management that drive RSUM’s differentiated results.
