Nick Greggains appointed President of Novatae Risk

Novatae Risk Group (Novatae), an MGA, underwriting manager, and wholesale insurance distributor, has announced the appointment of Nick Greggains as its new President.

In this role, Greggains will become an integral member of the executive leadership team, working closely with CEO Richard Kerr to guide the company’s strategic vision and drive financial growth.

His primary focus will be enhancing underwriting discipline, executing growth initiatives, nurturing relationships with key clients, and overseeing operational efficiency.

With over 35 years of experience in the insurance sector, Greggains has a proven track record in team building, strategic leadership, and performance optimisation.

Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Ethos Specialty Insurance Services. Greggains has also held senior positions at Pioneer Underwriters, XL Insurance, and Catlin Group.

Greggains holds a BA in Business Studies with a concentration in Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds the Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America.
