VIPR appoints Chantal Dawson as Global Head of Customer Success

VIPR, a technology solutions provider in the delegated underwriting sector, has recently announced the appointment of Chantal Dawson as Global Head of Customer Success.
In her new role, Dawson will enhance VIPR’s account management and customer success functions to ensure the company meets and surpasses the needs of its global customers.
She will report directly to Paul Templar, CEO of VIPR, and will be based in London.
Templar expressed his enthusiasm for Dawson’s appointment, stating, “We are excited to have Chantal join us at VIPR. Her industry experience and successful track record of achievement make her an ideal fit. Chantal will be key in driving our customer success initiatives and supporting our growth.”
Dawson joins VIPR from Charles Taylor, where she served as Strategic Client Relations Director, overseeing key relationships, including Lloyd’s / LIMOSS and users of the Delegated Data Manager (DDM) platform.
Before that, she spent a year as Implementation Manager – eAccounting at Aon. She also worked at WTW for a decade, most recently as Business Lead for eAccounting.
Dawson shared her excitement about her new position, saying, “I am delighted to join VIPR. Their performance over the past 15 years has been outstanding. I look forward to working with our customers to ensure VIPR meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.”
