Miami-based Argentum Re achieves Lloyd’s broker status

Argentum Re, a Miami-based reinsurance broker, has announced its designation as a Lloyd’s broker, becoming the second in Miami-Florida and the sixth in the US to earn this status.

Founded in 2018 by Raul Perez and Alejandro Rebolledo, Argentum Re is a boutique reinsurance broker specialising in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.

The firm offers expertise across various sectors, including property, casualty, financial lines, cargo, aviation, and political violence, providing customised reinsurance solutions and exceptional client service.

Achieving Lloyd’s broker status allows Argentum Re to access Lloyd’s market capacities more directly, enhancing its ability to serve clients globally. This designation also enables more flexible access to new markets, products, and business lines, further solidifying Argentum Re’s position in the reinsurance industry.
