FullCircl partners with Howden to enhance client experience

FullCircl, a software company that assists insurance brokers in accelerating growth and integrating compliance smoothly, has announced a multi-year agreement with Howden, an insurance intermediary group.

This partnership aims to help Howden’s clients maintain proper coverage while lowering compliance costs and reducing administrative burdens.

The deployment of FullCircl SmartBroker includes a suite of tools that integrates essential company data and compliance checks directly within the Acturis platform.

This integration will streamline Howden’s processes for acquiring and onboarding clients, ensure a uniform experience across its national branches, and improve the management of existing clients to support retention and growth.

This project is inspired by Carl Shuker, CEO of Howden UK&I, who is focused on delivering a consistent client experience across Howden’s national network.

This new development, the most significant since the FullCircl and Acturis partnership began in 2023, will introduce the integrated solution to Howden’s 2,000 Acturis users. The objective is to provide substantial client benefits while reducing compliance costs.

Howden has been using FullCircl’s services for nearly ten years and is also a long-time Acturis user. The integration of these two platforms aims to create a unified client experience, focusing on meeting client needs, driving profitable growth, and enhancing compliance while easing the burden of Consumer Duty requirements.

FullCircl SmartBroker x Acturis, which has been nominated for several industry awards, offers advanced data enrichment that can increase revenue, improve efficiency, enhance decision-making in insurance and risk, and strengthen compliance. It also provides new ways to support clients with real-time data enrichment and ongoing monitoring.
