Vanbridge names Aon’s Osmel Cuan as Managing Principal & Tax Liability Practice Leader

Vanbridge, an EPIC company, has announced the appointment of Osmel “Oz” Cuan as Managing Principal and Tax Liability Practice Leader.

In his new role, Cuan will join the Transactional Risk Solutions team and lead the Tax Liability Insurance practice.

Greylen Mardy, Managing Principal and Transactional Risk Solutions Leader at Vanbridge, expressed enthusiasm for Cuan’s appointment stating, “We are thrilled to welcome Oz to our team.

“His extensive expertise and innovative approach to tax liability insurance will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Cuan specialises in creating tailored insurance solutions to mitigate tax and other contingent risks in areas such as M&A transactions, tax credit investments, corporate tax planning, and non-transactional situations.

He joins Vanbridge from Aon, where he worked for over five years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President.

Prior to that, Cuan held the role of Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at EY for two years.
