Aon promotes Rob Kemp to head of Commercial Risk Solutions, UK

Global professional services firm Aon has appointed Rob Kemp as head of Commercial Risk Solutions for the UK, subject to regulatory approval.

Kemp joined Aon four years ago and currently leads the EMEA Central Broking team. Effective 1 October, he will be responsible for bringing more of Aon’s Risk Capital capabilities to its clients across the UK.

He will report to Jane Kielty, UK CEO at Aon, and Luca Tassarotti, head of Commercial Risk Solutions for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Aon.

Kemp started his career at Willis and holds over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry through senior roles at firms such as Marsh and RSA.

Aforementioned Jane Kielty commented on the appointment, “Rob has a wealth of experience and insight in insurance and broking, alongside a strong track record as a leader and motivator, which makes him the ideal person to lead Commercial Risk in the UK to further success.
