Topsail Re appoints Joel Belliveau and Jessica Hall to senior roles

Cayman Islands-based reinsurer Topsail Re has announced the key appointments of Joel Belliveau as Vice President of Analytics and Jessica Hall as Reinsurance Accounting Manager.

Belliveau joins Topsail Re from National General Insurance, where he spent nine years, most recently serving as Actuarial Manager.

Before that, he worked as a Senior Model Risk Analyst at M&T Bank and a Quantitative Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets, Yield Book.

Commenting on his new role, Belliveau said, “I am thrilled to be joining a team of esteemed reinsurance professionals and am eager to contribute to the development of innovative actuarial models as the company continues to lead and advance within the industry.”

Hall brings 18 years of experience in the re/insurance industry to her new role. She joins from Gallagher Re, where she served as Senior Account Manager & Broker Support.

Prior to that, she worked at Lincoln Financial Distributors for nearly four years, most recently as Senior Term Consultant – Manager, following an additional four-year tenure at Lincoln Financial Group as Operations Manager TermAccel.

Earlier in her career, Hall served as Assistant Vice President – Client Service Advocate at Willis Re for nine years.
