Woodruff Sawyer hires from Chubb for commercial operations role

Woodruff Sawyer & Co. on Wednesday said it has named former Chubb Ltd. executive John Neuhalfen to the newly created role of commercial lines, director of operations.

Based in San Francisco and reporting to Carolyn Polikoff, senior vice president, national commercial lines practice leader, Mr. Neuhalfen will focus on refining processes and new initiatives and manage scalable growth as well as be involved with training and coaching, according to Woodruff Sawyer’s statement.  

He was most recently regional vice president, sales and distribution, small commercial, for Chubb.

Mr. Neuhalfen noted that in his role with Chubb, he had worked with Woodruff Sawyer for several years.
