Fidelis hires Arch’s Jason Kittinger as Group Chief Operating Officer

Fidelis Insurance Group, the global specialty insurer, has appointed 20-year industry veteran Jason Kittinger as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Kittinger, who is based in London, will report to Fidelis Insurance Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Dan Burrows.
He will also serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team.
In his new role, Kittinger will hold responsibility for enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement in operational performance for the company.
Prior to joining the organisation, Kittinger served in a variety of senior roles, including stints as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Arch Insurance International, which he joined in 2002.
As well as this, he has also previously served on various boards at Arch in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.
Dan Burrows, Group Chief Executive Officer of Fidelis Insurance Group, commented on the appointment: “We are thrilled to welcome Jason into the Group Chief Operating Officer role.
“Jason brings a wealth of experience and has a proven track record in financial leadership and operational excellence. I am excited for Jason to apply his knowledge and expertise to Fidelis Insurance Group, which will further strengthen our operating processes.”
He added: “I would also like express our deepest gratitude to Denise Brown-Brach, who has diligently served as both the UK Chief Executive Officer and the Group Chief Operating Officer since 2023. With Jason joining, Denise will focus on her vital role as UK Chief Executive Officer.”
