Zywave appoints Martin Simoncic as CEO and Christian Kasper as EVP & CFO

Insurtech provider Zywave has announced the appointments of Martin Simoncic as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Christian Kasper as Executive Vice President (EVP) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Zywave is backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Aurora Capital Partners.

Together, Simoncic and Kasper bring over 30 years of experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS), making them well-positioned to drive Zywave’s growth.

Simoncic joins from PROS, where he spent 15 years, most recently as President of its B2B division.

Previously, he served as Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at Vertafore, a provider of insurance technology and distribution solutions.

Kasper, with over three decades of experience in finance and operations, has served as CFO for six firms, including three cloud-based software companies.

He most recently served as EVP and CFO at EDB, a software platform for managing database analytical and AI workloads.

Kasper said, “I am delighted to join the Zywave team and look forward to contributing to its next chapter of growth.
