WTW adds Kaur as Global Leader of Operations, Strategy Execution & Data, Neuron

Global insurance broker WTW has appointed Parveen Kaur in the newly created role of Global Leader of Operations, Strategy Execution and Data to Neuron, its commercial digital trading solution.

This follows WTW’s commitment to advance the scope and scale of Neuron’s next-generation capabilities, aimed at improving the speed and cost of doing business through digitisation.

Kaur’s remit includes building a strong and agile organisation that continually adapts to meet the needs of the dynamic Commercial Lines insurance market, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and excellence. She will ensure that Neuron delivers truly impactful digital and data solutions to clients globally.

Most recently, Kaur served as Chief Customer Officer for Leeds Building Society, responsible for customer experience across distribution and products.

Prior to that, she was Head of Operations at Lloyd’s of London, partnering with the Future at Lloyd’s team to deliver the world’s most advanced digital insurance marketplace.

Earlier in her career, Kaur also served as the Managing Director and key executive team member of NatWest/RBS Personal Banking in India during the bank’s turnaround to profit. Her experience includes working in India to design and implement the initial stages of Artificial Intelligence within the organisation’s servicing and operations teams.
