Price Forbes Re appoints Oliver Waterhouse as Head of Property Fac

Price Forbes Re has announced the appointment of Oliver Waterhouse as Head of Property Facultative (Fac).

Waterhouse will be based in the firm’s London office and will report directly to Nikki Melbourne, Head of Facultative at Price Forbes Re.

In his new role, he will lead the Property Fac division, a key area of growth for the firm.

Melbourne expressed enthusiasm for Waterhouse’s appointment, stating, “Property Fac is a focal area for us and Oliver’s appointment at Price Forbes Re is a key part of the delivery of our dynamic, client-centered offering matching opportunity with innovative reinsurance solutions. His expertise in global property placements across a broad range of sectors and regions made him the perfect person for this position.”

Waterhouse brings 14 years of extensive experience in the global property market. He joins Price Forbes Re from Howden Re, where he served as Executive Director.

Before that, he worked at WTW as an Executive Director and Marsh as Vice President.
