Consilium names Marie McCutcheon as new COO

Consilium, the global speciality re/insurance broking arm of the Aventum Group, has appointed Marie McCutcheon as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).

McCutcheon joins the leadership team with a focus on achieving operational excellence.

In her new role, she will ensure that the company’s technology, people, and operations work seamlessly together to enhance the customer experience.

Paul Richards, joint CEO at Consilium, expressed his enthusiasm for McCutcheon’s appointment, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Marie to the team. Her appointment reflects our continued desire to strive for excellence and deliver inspirational specialist broking experiences.”

McCutcheon brings 25 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry to her new position.

She joined Aventum Group in April as a Process Specialist and previously worked at TT Club Mutual Insurance Ltd as a Process Consultant.

She has also held senior roles at firms including Marsh, Canopius Group, Bluefin, CNA Insurance, AIB, Novae, and Swiss Re.
