Guidewire welcomes Mark Anquillare to its Board of Directors

Guidewire, a provider of software solutions for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, announced that Mark Anquillare has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective September 23, 2024.
Michael Zeller, Chairman of the Board, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Mark Anquillare to the Guidewire Board of Directors.”

“Mark’s deep industry experience and sharp focus on data and analytics will provide Guidewire valuable insight and perspective as we deliver on this mission.”
Anquillare was President and Chief Operating Officer of Verisk Analytics, a provider of data analytics and technology for the insurance sector, until January 2023.
Prior to that, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer starting in 2007, where he led the company through its 2009 IPO and continued in the position until 2016.
During his tenure, Anquillare was a key driver of Verisk’s growth, helping insurers optimise underwriting, streamline claims processes, reduce fraud, improve operational efficiency, and address emerging risks. Since 2023, he has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at TruBridge, Inc., a company that provides healthcare solutions.
