Barbara Miller appointed Head of Broker Engagement at Broker Insights

Broker Insights, a data and distribution platform linking UK insurance brokers with insurance companies, has named Barbara Miller as the Head of Broker Engagement, a newly established role.
Miller brings two decades of experience in financial services and IT, having also led her own sales and marketing business for insurance brokers.
Most recently, she served as Group Head of Sales Operations at Clear Insurance Management.
“We’re excited to have Barbara, a highly experienced insurance professional, join Broker Insights during this crucial growth phase of the business,” commented CEO Peter Scott.
Scott continued: “Our Vision platform empowers brokers to match client risks with the right insurers. By improving information flow across the insurance value chain, we help brokers and insurers make better decisions and work together more efficiently. Barbara will be instrumental in helping them to get the most out of our technology to drive profitable growth.”
In September, Broker Insights reported that brokers have uploaded £5.5 billion of Gross Written Premium (GWP) to its Vision platform since its launch six years ago, with expectations to reach £6 billion by year-end—accounting for over one-third of the UK commercial insurance market.
In her new position, Miller will collaborate closely with UK insurance brokers, helping them leverage Vision to enhance their placement strategies and improve engagement with partner insurers.
