Clearwater Analytics expands EMEA leadership team with three key hires

Clearwater Analytics, a provider of SaaS-based investment management, accounting, reporting, and analytics solutions, has announced three new appointments to its EMEA leadership team.
Notably, Clearwater Analytics was recently awarded Investment & Portfolio Management Technology of the Year at the Insurance Investor European Awards, recognising its innovative solutions for delivering top-tier investment analytics and a unified view of portfolios across all asset classes.
New clients in the region include La Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR), Erste Asset Management, France Active, Galilee AM, La France Mutualiste, M&G Investments, Pool Re, and AXA XL’s Alternative Capital Team.
Adrien de La Grange has been appointed Head of Sales for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, where he will lead business development efforts in these countries.
De La Grange joins Clearwater from BlackRock, where he spent 17 years, most recently as Head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Amina Troger has been named Head of Global Delivery for EMEA, highlighting Clearwater’s commitment to delivering market-specific innovations and excellence in investment management to meet the unique demands of leading asset managers and insurers.
Troger brings two decades of fintech experience and leadership, having spent the last five years at SimCorp, most recently as Global Head of Commercial Services. Prior to that, she worked at AIM Software, where she was Head of Account Management and Professional Services.
Lastly, Jose Salas has been appointed Head of Partnerships and Alliances for EMEA, where he will lead the growth of Clearwater’s strategic partnerships across EMEA.
Salas joins from SESAMm, where he served as Head of Sales Partnerships and Strategy. He has also held various sales partnerships and strategy leadership roles at firms such as Wolters Kluwer, Codat, IHS Markit (now S&P Global), and Bloomberg.
