AXA XL grows in Australia with trio of appointments in Perth

AXA XL has grown its presence in the Australia market by appointing Chris McElroy and Amanda Rattue as Senior Underwriters for Property and Financial Lines respectively, while also naming Trent Jeuring as Senior Underwriter, Casualty.
McElroy joins AXA XL from Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, where he served as senior property underwriter focusing on mining and energy. His earlier career includes ten years at Zurich and a two-year stint with CGU.
Meanwhile, Rattue’s most recent role was as a senior underwriter at Vero, having previously worked as head of financial lines at Allianz. Her career path has also taken her through positions at CGU, Chubb, and Gallagher Bassett.
Finally, Jeuring has spent the last eight years as Chubb’s casualty manager for WA/SA, having previously worked with Ace Group and QBE.
