The Mutual Group welcomes Bansal as Chief Information and Technology Officer

The Mutual Group, an integrated insurance operations platform serving the mutual industry, has appointed Vineet Bansal as its Chief Information and Technology Officer.

Bringing over 20 years of global technology leadership from financial services, insurance, and private equity sectors, Bansal brings a proven track record of scaling and modernizing businesses through strategic technology integration and digital solutions to his new role.

He will oversee all aspects of The Mutual Group’s technology platform, enterprise applications, data analytics, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT strategy, playing a key role in integrating new members and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Prior to The Mutual Group, Bansal served as chief information and technology officer at Oncourse Home Solutions, a portfolio company of Apax Partners.

During his time at Apax Partners, he led a major carveout, drove several technology transformation initiatives, and spearheaded M&A activities.

The executive has also held C-level roles at Intact Specialty Insurance and IptiQ, a subsidiary of Swiss Re, and served as vice president at Fidelity Investments.
