Chubb Bermuda promotes David Jenkins to Head of Bermuda Property

Chubb Bermuda, part of the global insurance carrier, has promoted David Jenkins to the role of Senior Vice President (SVP), Head of Bermuda Property, effective immediately.

In his new role, Jenkins will oversee all Bermuda-domiciled property underwriters and be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Chubb Bermuda’s excess property business.

Jenkins continues to report to Robert Rebellato, SVP, Head of Excess Property, Chubb Bermuda.

He has over three decades of industry experience in the US, UK, and Bermuda insurance markets, and joined Chubb in 2002.

Before the promotion, Jenkins served as SVP, Property Underwriting, responsible for writing general property business and specialty lines.

Rebellato commented, “David’s deep expertise and leadership has been instrumental in strengthening our excess property business.

“As we celebrate 30 years of Chubb Bermuda Property this spring, David is the ideal candidate to enhance our underwriting capabilities, deliver innovative solutions and ensure long-term stability for our clients in an evolving risk landscape.”
