Alex Dalton named MD of ViVet, strengthening leadership at Else Group

Else Group, a company specialising in insurance solutions, and ViVet, its UK-based Managing General Agent (MGA) and Lloyd’s Coverholder, are pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Dalton as Managing Director of ViVet.

Through this appointment, ViVet aims to enhance its market reach and expand its client offerings across the UK and in other international markets.

Dalton brings 15 years of expertise in the insurance industry, with a strong track record in both international brokerage and corporate insurance sectors.

His background spans private-equity-backed start-ups, companies managing significant growth, and large corporations navigating transformative changes through outsourcing and operational consolidation.

Prior to joining ViVet, Alex helped establish the European office of IPMI provider ‘Now Health International’ as MD Europe and subsequently as Group COO. He has recently worked with Aon to set up a new internal MGA for the motor insurance sector across seven EU countries.

Dalton’s operational experience includes designing operating models, streamlining processes, and improving efficiency. His expertise extends beyond operations to include business development, sales, and project management across the UK and international markets.
