Rhonda Hasell appointed General Manager and CFO of Hannover Re Bermuda

Rhonda Hasell has been appointed to lead Hannover Re Bermuda as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

Hasell brings to her new role over two decades of experience across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. In the past decade, she has focused her career on the London market

She brings with her a diverse background which includes strong technical expertise as a Chartered Accountant, and a proven track record in leadership – particularly in driving change and transformation.

Prior to Hannover Re, Hasell served as Group CFO at Munich Re Specialty, Global Markets, a role she held for over four years.

Her move to Hannover Re follows a four-year period at Lancashire Insurance Group, where she progressed from Head of FP&A for Lancashire Syndicates to Head of Finance for the same division.

Earlier in her career, Hasell also gained valuable experience at Rhonda Atwood Consulting, First Assist (now Cigna Insurance Services), and GE Capital.
