Berkshire (BHSI) welcomes Viele and Majerna to Cyber team in Italy

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has announced the appointment of Vincenza Viele as Head of Claims, and Alessandro Majerna as Head of PI and Cyber for Executive & Professional Lines, in Italy.

With over 24 years of loss adjusting and claims management experience, Viele is joining BHSI Milan office following her three-year tenure at Assimoco S.p.A.

Over the course of her career, she has held various senior-level positions overseeing complex property and casualty claims for large corporate customers as well as multinational programs.

Also joining the Milan office, Majerna brings to his new role at BHSI more than 15 years of experience specialising in individual and corporate professional indemnity and Cyber.

Prior to BHSI, he served at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions for over five years following his ten-year tenure at Assigeco.
