WTW appoints Lynda Gammons as Head of Claims Closure Solutions, CRB NA

Global insurance brokerage WTW has appointed Lynda Gammons as the new Head of the Claims Closure Solutions team for Corporate Risk & Broking, North America.

This appointment builds on the three recent hires by the broker to its CRB NA’s Private Equity and Transactional Solutions team, which include Daniel Kesack as the Director of Contingent Solutions, Shirley Chin as the Head of Tax Insurance, and Steven Kolos as the Director of Transactional Solutions.

Gammons’ remit in the role will include driving the growth of Claims Closure Solutions, this also includes enhancing the business’s service offerings and driving the strategic direction of the group.

She will also manage operations and support the team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Prior to this, Gammons served at broker Marsh as the Managing Director, Enterprise Sales Leader. Her other experiences include spending time at Willis from 1993 to 2006 in varying roles.

WTW added that she “brings a strong background in managing claims and developing claims closure service programs.”
