Cytora Partners with TradeAtlas for enhanced decision-making in marine insurance

Cytora, a digital risk processing platform, has partnered with TradeAtlas, a global trade data company, to provide marine insurers with extensive import and export data for quicker and more precise risk assessments.

TradeAtlas’ data integration with Cytora’s risk processing platform is particularly valuable, as it enables the collection and analysis of data from 30 million importers and 27 million suppliers. This vast dataset includes 2.8 billion lines of transactions, encompassing information on shipments, business addresses, HS codes, product definitions, prices, quantities, ports, and notifying parties.

Castro further emphasises, “We’re well on our way to building one of the insurance industry’s most comprehensive data ecosystems. It already offers any insurer a treasure trove of detailed information that will transform how they make decisions.”
