USI buys fishing industry specialist

USI Insurance Services LLC said Monday it has bought offshore fishing insurance brokerage Insurance and Capital Management LLC.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Mill Creek, Washington-based brokerage’s four staff, including principals Mike Amiss and Nick Munday, will join USI.
