Zurich names Kinzer construction casualty head

Zurich North America said Monday that Kelly Kinzer would take on the newly created role of head of construction, casualty, moving over from leading the insurer’s construction property business.

Ms. Kinzer will lead the Schaumburg, Illinois-based unit of Zurich Insurance Ltd.’s national construction casualty efforts, according to a Zurich statement.

Her successor as head of construction property will be named later, Zurich said. Ms. Kinzer will continue to report to Karen Reutter, Zurich’s head of construction.

Ms. Kinzer, who worked at Zurich earlier in her career, rejoined the company from Willis Towers Watson PLC in 2019.
