Aon adds former Hamilton M&A claims exec

Aon PLC said Wednesday said it has hired former Hamilton Insurance Group Ltd. mergers and acquisitions claims leader Anthony Dragone as senior vice president in its transactions solutions practice in New York.

The addition of Mr. Dragone expands Aon’s M&A claims advocacy team, the brokerage said.

Prior to his role at Hamilton, Mr. Dragone held various positions at Willis Towers Watson PLC and American International Group Inc., most recently focused on representations and warranties claims.
