Hub buys Montreal-based insurance agency

Hub International Ltd. has acquired H.W. Hollinger (Canada) Inc., a Montreal-based commercial and personal lines agency.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
H.W. Hollinger’s specialties include insurance for the construction and real estate sectors, Hub said in a statement Wednesday.
The agency’s 17 staff, including Michael Hollinger, president of the company, will join Hub.
