Alliant hires from McGriff

Alliant Insurance Services Inc. said Wednesday it has hired John Hill, former commercial insurance broker at McGriff, as senior vice president in San Diego.

Mr. Hill will design and deploy a range of property/casualty coverages for various clients throughout the region, Alliant said in a statement.

He was previously at McGriff, the retail brokerage unit of Truist Insurance Holdings Inc., for 30 years. He has expertise in designing tailored coverages across a range of industries, Alliant said.
