AssuredPartners acquires Pennsylvania agency

AssuredPartners Inc. said Friday it has acquired C.A. Weber Agency, based in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Weber’s staff of 24 will remain under the leadership of President Steve Hartlaub and Andrew Stauffer, vice president. Weber reports $5 million in annualized revenue.
Lake Mary, Florida-based AssuredPartners is the 11th largest broker of U.S business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
