Cover Whale hires Khurana & Hart as Chief Product Officer & Chief Architect

Insurtech, Cover Whale Insurance Solutions, Inc., has bolstered its senior leadership team with two new hires, as Barninder Khurana joins the firm as Chief Product Officer and Bill Hart assumes the role of Chief Architect.

Khurana takes on the role with a deep degree of experience in product management, program delivery, and strategic leadership.

In his most recent role, he served as Chief Information Officer at GeoVera where he led multiple teams in successfully delivering complex projects and building innovative digital products.

In his new role, he is expected to oversee developments in Cover Whale’s quoting and binding platform, as well as the continuous improvement of customer experience through research, testing and product development.

Meanwhile, Hart joins the organisation from Coaction Specialty Insurance where he previously led architecture and data efforts, as well as playing a critical role in shaping the company’s technology landscape, serving as Chief Technology Officer.

Overall, he brings nearly two decades of experience towards his new role.

As Chief Architect, he is expected to lead the company’s technology and data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across various functions.
